Yann Broll

Yann is a multi-talented guy who loves the water. He actually works for Air France and seems to always be on long-haul flights to destinations with amazing surfing!

Between analog and digital we like to meet on the spot and shoot .

I’ve been collaborating with a few different shapers.

They are all different approach, it’s very hard to find “chaussure à mon pied” as I would say it in French!

But Experimenting different feelings on different board has been super fun and nourishing.

I’ve been collaborating with Yann a few time in Biarritz. Yann has been shooting me from land shoot and water shot, on digital and mostly on 35 mm with vintage lenses. A few time we kind of met randomly while he was already with the material thinking we would probably meet on the same spot haha

I enjoy what came out, it's kind of special to get some shots on the analog. It gives an authenticity to the image that is taken at this one moment.
